Soil composition Calcareous marl alternating with layers of sand.
Harvest By hand, in mid-October, with grapes selection in the vineyard.
Fermentation temperature Variables with peaks of 32 °C.
Vinification In red with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing The new wine is racked several times before being put into large Slavonian oak barrels, where it ages for 28 months.
Allergens Contains sulphites
Pairing It pairs well with game meat and aged cheeses, preferably made of cow's milk.
