This blend of the three classic wines of Champagne comes from vineyards in the municipalities of Pargny and Jouy-lès-Reims and Villedommage. Ageing for a period of about 4-5 years on the lees before the dégorgement.

Perlage

Fine and persistent perlage.

Colour

Bright golden yellow.

Bouquet

On the nose the main note is the Pinot Noir with scents of dried fruit, almond, undergrowth, coffee, toast and white truffle.

Flavour

On the palate it is fruity with apricot and cherry flavors, where the sweetened tannins harmonize with a fresh finish.

Pairing

Aubry's brutish champagne is marvelous with elaborate starters, grilled fish or casserole, risotto and white meats.
