Cuvee d'assemblage consisting of 60% Chardonnay of the Mont Ferré parcel of Trois Puits, and 40% of Pinot Noir of the "Les Beaunes" parcels de Rilly la Montagne.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Fruity notes, with hints of honey, caramel and yeast.
	Flavour In the mouth it has balance and a good structure, which develops through a full sip, characterized by a savory and fresh taste, also seasoned with a hint of spice.

Pairing

Excellent with shellfish and fish dishes, during an aperitif or accompanied with fresh cheeses.
