Bastianich Vespa Bianco 2014
Flagship Bastianich, the Vespa Bianco was created to highlight the power and the evolution that a great Friulian white can achieve. The Vespa manages to transcend the sum of its parts, confirming a wine of complexity and longevity out of the commune.

Bouquet

A tight balance of citrus and mineral notes, over time it will turn into a denser feeling golds wild clover honey and ripe pear.

Flavour

Its structure and tannic acid makes immediate impact , as well as giving longevity.

Perfect match with chicken and roast turkey , but you can also drink from starter to seconds.

Vinification Chardonnay and Sauvignon wines are ? Ed separately , 50% in oak barrels of 4,000 liters, and 50% in stainless steel. The Piccolit ferments in barrels of 500 liters. The malolactic fermentation is limited to 60%. After the malolatic fermentatio, the wines rest on the lees in their tanks for almost a year.
Ageing So, are mixed and aged in bottle for a further year.
