Bruno Gobillard is a small, artisan producer with 7 hectares of vineyards in various villages around Epernay. His Brut NV has mineral aromas and flavors get supporting roles from peach and candied berry in this intense bubbly. Its richness is offset by a firm structure. Fine length.
