||The wines base, produced separately based on their various origin, after the first alcoholic fermentation mature for 8 months in termocondizionate steel bathtubs. Later on wise they are assembled to noble wines of reservoir of best vintage years (at least 20%) in the magical ritual of the creation of the Cuvée. This technical detail confers to the Cuvée Prestige a detached personality, ulteriorly strengthened from a sharpening in bottle in wine cellars buried to the constant temperature of 12°C.
