Cà Rugate Studio 2015

Studio is the name of a wine but it is also the study of a wine. A study of research and experimentation around two varieties of typical grapes of Soave's territory: Trebbiano di Soave, and Garganega. A study started several years ago, which led Ca 'Rugate to re-interpret and reinterpret these two native vines. If behind the elegant and perfect moves of a classical ballerina are years of exercise, testing and passionate commitment so behind the scents and the fullness of the Studio, years of research, experimentation and tenacious enthusiasm flow.
Studio is our igt wine made from a mixture of 60% Trebbiano di Soave and 40% Garganega, partially refined in French oak barrels of the original 680 liter capacity, often used by the most important Burgundy wineries . This also means experimenting.
In our learning path, we believe we have tried to reveal a new way of interpreting these two extraordinary varieties typical of our territory. And for us, as for a dancer, symbolically present on the label, the Studio does not end here.
