Cabernet Sauvignon in purity, to measure the productive capacities of Castellare with the rest of the world. A work in vineyard and winemaking to get more elegance than power. A result that, beyond the strong mark of Cabernet, illustrates well the characteristics of terroir.

Intense ruby red.

Bouquet

This wine immediately conveys a scent of cherries and small fruits like currants. The whole thing is complemented by soft notes of boisé.

Flavour

On the palate it is well balanced and persistent.
