The wine takes its name from the combination of two words "ripa", which means hill in Tuscany, and "more" wild fruit popular in the area of Greve in Chianti. The wine is as Sangiovese. Since 1998 was added a 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ruby red in color.

Bouquet

The nose has aromas multiple and complex nose with notes of black currant, blackberry and vanilla.

Flavour

Very soft and elegant in the mouth with velvety and balanced tannins.

Ideal with roasts, game and mature cheeses.
