Purchased by the rear-grandparents of Alain Moueix in 1931, Château Fonroque is the cradle of his family in Bordeaux. Long exploited by Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix in Libourne, Château Fonroque is managed by Alain Moueix since 2001. |

Certified organic farming since 2006 and biodynamic agriculture since 2008. Meticulous sorting of grapes on arrival at the winery. Getting tanks depending on the terroir, age of the vines and grapes in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. soft and slow extractions, adapted to the potential of each tank. |
| Ageing |
Once the malolactic fermentation, the wines are aged in new barrels and 30% in barrels of wine and more than 70%. After 18 months the wine is bottled. |
