A perfect collaboration work of Ezio Cocito & Giorgio Rivetti, of La Spinetta. Ezio Cocito has bought a single vineyard in Baluchin in 2000. Given he has no experience in winemaking, he asked his long time friend, Giorgio to manage the vineyard and lend his expertise in winemaking. Winemaking process takes place in the winery & cellar of La Spinetta, consulted by Giorgio Rivetti, who is well-known for making award-winning Barbaresco.

Vinification Malolactic fermentation and refinement take place in French medium-sized barriques and last for 20 to 22 months: during this period, there are some grapes to clean and clear the wine.
Ageing After finishing, the wine stays in steel tub for about three months and is then bottled. No clarification or filtration is performed. Lastly, bottle aging for a few years makes it ready to be fully appreciated.
