Domaine de Carbonnieu Sauternes 2009

Coming from a small producer this Sauternes is produced exclusively for the different steps in the vineyard to pick grapes most affected by the "Botrytis cinerea". The marking noble tends film the berry and allows the water to evaporate. Concentrated sugars and pectin pulp and reveals the bouquet and aroma. Unfortunately, too many small owners do not have the means to carry out these steps, and then compensate for the lack of natural sugar with a sugar to the must. This method gives wines oeuvres, desserts and vulgar, with no bouquet.
