The "Ciabot" is situated in Monforte d'Alba and is a part of the vineyard on broom takes its name from a small country house (Ciabot) that was owned prior to its purchase in 1981, brothers and Flower mint. The soil is rich in limestone and clay and its proximity to Serralunga seems to give the wine its own balsamic tones and the same minute, but pleasantly harsh tannins typical of this common crus and what makes them so different from the other cru villages "Monfortino.
