In the Middle Ages, the name Veriacus indicated the valley of Negrar. Verjago is an extraordinary Valpolicella where the elegance and cordiality, typical of this wine, find their true and most complete expression. It is the result of the Quality Project, a multi-year research carried out by Domini Veneti on the vocations of the microarrays of the Negrar valley: the grapes, highly selected from the hilly vineyards, are harvested for 40 days after being handmade in pots for 40 days, ; It follows a careful vinification and aging over one year in large oak barrels and another 3 months in bottle. The result is a Super Valpolicella, noble and captivating.
