The cup is colored with a dark but bright ruby, the scents are of great impact, with an intense fruity loads of blackberry and cherry, enriched with notes of aromatic herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, licorice and an intriguing mineral touch . Tasting shows relevant, well-balanced structure between the warm embrace dictated by alcohol content and adequate freshness; the tannins are soft and very tenacious persistence. Spent a year in barrels. Sharp in ripened cheeses. Ready to drink now, but also bears an aging 7/8 years.
