Champagne Blanc de Blancs, born from the territory of Chenes, one of the best Cumières. Made only in exceptional vintages with the grapes of excellent ripeness, after ten months of aging in oak barrels, remains at least four years in the cellar before being sold.

	Perlage Fine and numerous bubbles.
	Colour Pale gold color.
	Bouquet Fine, mixed fruity and flowery.
	Flavour Soft attack, wide, with floral notes and sweetish. Good persistence.
