Gimonnet Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru
A Blanc de Blancs, cuvée of grapes coming from Cuis's 1er Cru and Cramant's Grands Crus and Chouilly. The result is a brilliant champagne, light straw-yellow color and finest and continuous bubbles. On the nose, at first glance, are the floral perfumes of white flowers that "open the dances", but immediately afterwards the fruit is to climb into the chair; green apple and citrus fruit, especially lemons, but also a well-known note, besides the classic yeast flavor. The mouth volume is remarkable, very fine bubbles invade the oral cavity and expand by stroking it, making it clear that we have to deal with a great champagne. Sorso of great freshness and finesse. Lightweight and excellent balance, agitated taste and long persistence. Almond aftertaste.

Perlage

Fine and persistent perlage.

Colour

Brilliant straw yellow.

Bouquet

Hints of white flowers, pear and green apple, with notes of citrus, ginger and aromatic herbs.

Flavour

The wine is launched with decisive freshness and elegance, then stretches out on round, soft and creamy notes. The finish is harmonious with floral and spicy notes.

Pairing
