It is able to express and exalt all the peculiarities of the terroir from which it comes, enriching also with valuable tertiary tones released by aging. Splendid to the nose and passionate to the palate, it offers a continuous alternation of soft and fresh parts that make the wine able to conquer the first sip and entice the second cup instantly.

Colour

Straw yellow to the eye, with intense golden reflections.

Bouquet

Over-expressive to the mushroom, it lets you feel tropical fruit tails, yellow peach and apple, floral soups of broom and chamomile, as well as mineral and vaguely vanilla shades.

Flavour

The sip is all played on the balance between creaminess and softness on the one hand, and freshness and minerality on the other. Long persistence and pleasantly clear the closure.

Pairing

Great with seafood, it's fabulous in combination with red crayfish pie.
