Haras de Pirque owns vineyards in Maipo-Andes Valley. The vines were planted in 1992 and they are continuously selected for the special flavours and ripeness of the fruit. Focus on vineyard management to maximize grape quality.

Yield per hectare 5,000 kg/hectare.
Vinification Cabernet Sauvignon grapes undergo cold maceration for 5 days. Then, the process continues with traditional vinification, which improves the natural concentration and ripening of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration are carried out in French oak vats for 20 days.
Ageing The wine is blended in December of the same year and racked again into new French barrels for 18 months in total.
