History It is an ancient Friulian vine with well-defined characters. Known as early as 1700, it has had a remarkable diffusion across the region over the last decades, replacing other, more productive but less valuable refinements.
Ampelographic features Leaf: large, rounded or pentagonal, five-lobed, smooth, flat; Average fabric consistently; Top green color page; Bottom tomentosa; Basic breasts not very marked; Deep, open breasts; Deep petiole breast, closed at overlapping margins; Wide tooth, not marked, dull.
