The company aims to enhance its vineyards of "ancient trees", to obtain a raw material of absolute concentration. The white label series consists of wines made from the finest vineyards, the oldest and the particular character. The result is the Old Vines, Primitive in purity of the highest rank, obtained from the selection of the best grapes of the vineyard of over 75 years to which today is added a new cru.

Harvest Manual vintage in small cases.
Vinification Fermentation in small tin with feathers manuals and temperature controlled at 28 C. Very soft pressing with press traditional manual.
Ageing Matured in Allier oak barrels for 14 months. refined in bottle for at least 18 months.
