Fermentation temperature 25-28 °C
Fermentation period 10 days.
Vinification Classical, grapes are treaded and destemmed, maceration on the skins in stainless steel for 10 days at 25-28 °C, during this period several pumping overs and delestages are carried out.
Ageing 80% in large Slavonia oak barrel and 20% in French barriques. Bottling and final 7/8 months finishing.
