Climate	Orientation East, cool and sunny microclimate. This wine is made up of 60% of the "Les Longecourts" climate and 40% of the "Bas de Combes" climate on the edge of the Vosne-Romanée AOC.
Soil composition	Clay and limestone; on the surface a layer of pebbles and clay on limestone rock.
Vinification	In whole grapes selected without SO2 with double punching for 4 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without artificial temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in pieces. Breeding on lees, breeding called "reduction" without decanting, with remuage without SO2 for 16 months.
