Quadra Franciacorta QSaten 2012
QSATEN, essence and prerogative of Franciacorta, is characterized by the exclusive presence of white grapes and lower pressure (4.5 atmospheres instead of 6) compared to other Franciacorta. The varietal composition, a Chardonnay cuvée, partly fermented in wood and white Pinot and the more modulated pressure, determine the unmistakable "creamy" taste of Satèn.

Colour

Bright straw yellow with prolonged perlage.

Bouquet

It has sweet and elegant nose of pineapple and citrus, along with notes of sponge cake, biscuits and almonds.

Flavour

The tasting reveals a smooth and fresh texture but still very soft and enveloping in the long fruity and toasted recipe.

Pairing

An aperitif wine, first seafood dishes and delicate white meats.
