Vinification Winemaking centres around long vatting periods with regular punching of the cap. Good temperature control allows us to obtain expressive and aromatic wines of great finesse with elegant and silky tannins.
Ageing Into French oak barrels to mature for 18 months. During this time, racking is carried out periodically, which gives all the radiance which is characteristic of great Burgundy wines.
