Sottimano Barbaresco Cottà 2013

The Barbaresco "Cottà" of Sottimano comes from vineyards of the municipality of Neive, in the homonymous hamlet Cottà, where the vines are from 50 to 70 years of age.

Colour

At the sight, intense red garnet.

Bouquet

The nose expresses deep red berry nuts, with small purple flowers and spices.

Flavour

Wide and round mouth, with a fine menthol profile and dark spice. It develops on intense fruity notes, closing persistent.

Pairing

It comes with ground dishes and first and second courses of red meat and game.
