The aromatic peculiarities associated with this technique, which sometimes, during the maturation of wood, appear quite unusual for a Montepulciano, reminded us of the name of this jolly goblin of the Abruzzo tradition, which we imagine hidden between our barriques playing with the wine contained therein.
