From the color steal intense with consisting wide and violet tonality, has an intense scent and of thickness, spicy with a precise fruit that are melted to the vanilla and to a light touch of goudron. In mouth it is full and of character with a strong decided that it vanishes in the fruit and the complex sweet of the still tannin, but already bearer of an elegant nervous character but a lot very balanced.

Origin The Pietramora is a Sangiovese in purity, turned out from the vinificazione of a vineyard of 25 years of age with un' exposure the northeast, than does not facilitate the possibility to vinificare this splendid tipologia every year. In fact from 1985, first grape harvest of this label, has only exited 10 vintage years!
Soil composition The natural acidity of lands and the detail exposure of the wine, that it reaches maturation enough late, they donate to this Sangiovese a sure singular wine above all acidity, that it renders it amazing and only, if we think to still too much report it to the oenological summits that they fill up the mouth of soft and " honey" sweet!
Production technique Maturation in bathtubs d' steel termocondizionate with maceration of approximately 3 weeks
Ageing Sharpening of 15 months in carats from 300 liters of first passage all' 80% and 12 months in bottle.
