Chateau Doisy-Vedrines is a winery that is located in Barsac of the Gironde. The AOC Barsac were classified as second in the Grand Cru in official classificicazione wine of Bordeaux since 1855. In 1855, the three Doisy chateaux (Chateau Doisy Daëne, Château Doisy-Dubroca and Chateau Doisy-Védrines) were one. The name of Védrines was given to the chateau in honor of the Knights of Védrines, owners of the domain until 1846. Since the mid-nineteenth century, is the family Castéja buy the chateau.
