Location	Dedicated vineyards located around the Poggio alle Mura Castle (Siena).

酿造	The grape harvest is followed by alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 12-13 days in combined steel and Horizon wood vats at a controlled temperature of 27-29°C.
陈年	About 90% of the wine is aged for 2 years in French oak barriques - manufactured according to Banfi’s specifications - and the remaining 10% in Slavonian oak casks. Before being marketed, the wine is bottle-aged for an additional 12 months.
