Inama Soave Classico Vigneto Du Lot 2015

A reserva Soave Classico Superiore obteined from a single vineyard. The name of this vineyard is taken from the rootstock on which the plants have been grafted: Rupestris du Lot established just after phyloxera.

The nose is powerful and ripe with creamy, vanilla overtones and floral notes.

On the palate the wine shows excellent structure and weight with an intense, creamy, complex finish.

酿造	Destalking and crushing are followed by skin contact for 4-8 hours. After the grapes are pressed the must is allowed to settle for 24-36 hours at 5°C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in 30% new barriques (50% allier 50% never).
陈年	Prior to racking, batonnage is carried out every 6 weeks for about 8 months. Filtration, through a coarse filter (without fining) occurs prior to bottling.
