Montevertine Sangiovese Le Pergole Torte 2014
It has a dark ruby color, with a remarkable brightness and the usual games of transparency on the edges. The nose is round, starting with a note on the darkest, incense to graphite, the myrtle to the wet rock, and then open up to feelings and more gentle avolgenti from raspberry to pink, until we read sensations of liquorice. Mouth very fresh, elegant, with thick tannins and well integrated as a long closure that seems to trace all smells. Two years between barrel and medium-sized barrels.
