Philippe Raimbault Pouilly Fumé Mosaique 2014

Phillipe Raimbault is a 9th generation wine maker from the small village of Sury-en-Vaux, near Sancerre.
The Pouilly Fume appellation is just across the River Loire, Phillipe has several very well established vineyards and wine made from vines grown on these parcels of predominantly kimmeridgian marl soil are blended for this cuvee. It is this that gives the wine its name as it is mane from a ‘mosaic’ of terrors and this that gives this wine its extraordinary balance.
