Location	Alba (Cuneo).

收成	Once at the winery, grapes are destemmed and crushed.
发酵温度	27 - 28 °C (80 - 82 ° Fahrenheit)
发酵期	7 days.
酿造	After harvesting, grapes are destemmed, crushed, and left to macerate on the skins for 7 days at a maximum temperature of 27–28°C.
陈年	Malolactic fermentation is completed by mid-December after ageing in stainless steel tanks for several months. The wine is bottled in spring.
