Deep and intense ruby red.

香气/花束

Hints of dark fruit: plums, cherries, blackberries with notes of red fruit and liquorice ending with a hint of bitter cocoa.

味道

Full body and of great elegance. The alcohol integrates perfectly with the silky tannins, giving the wine a pleasant and long finish.

Pairing

Perfect with braised meats, stews, game, ideal with grilled red meat and mature cheeses. Excellent meditation wine.

Location Vineyard Ca' Florian, Municipality of San Pietro in Cariano (VR)
收成 Harvesting and manual selection, the grapes are dried in a natural way in the large and airy fruttaio.
酿造 Fermentation takes place slowly in wooden vats for 30 days.
陈年 4 years, the first in 500 litre tonneaux and the other 3 in large Slavonian oak barrels. Ca' Florian then rests in the bottle for at least one year.
Sulphites Contains sulphites
