L 'Amarone "Fracastoro" Reserve is a majestic wine and multifaceted as the sixteenth-century scholar whose name it bears. Structured warm, robust, rich and enveloping offers complex notes of ripe red fruit combined with tertiary aromas of spice, tobacco and cocoa very persistent.

酿造	After the traditional drying of four months, the grapes are pressed gently. The fermentation of the must lasts about 20 days and takes place in contact with the skins.
