產區 The second white grape in Burgundy after Chardonnay. It is very popular in Romania, where it exceeds 10,000 hectares, but also in Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, where it is mainly used for the production of sparkling wines. To a much smaller extent is also found in California and Chile.
識別葡萄品種特徵 分類 It is a vigorous vine but of varying productivity, whose bunch is of conical-cylindrical shape, with irregular size acorns.
特色酒 Capable of giving good acidity, sometimes even more energetic than Chardonnay, but with much lower yields. It does not bear the oak well because its aromas are too delicate.
