Intense delicate and harmonious bouquet, with a light scent of vanilla and flowering vineyards. In well-aged bottles of Riserva there is a scent of “goudron” and “flint”.

味道

It is a wine of ample taste, warm and persistent, of great harmony and flavour.

Best with: roasted meat, wild game, Parmesan or ripe sheep cheese

陳年	Thanks to the perfect organoleptic characteristics, the long ageing in slavonian oak casks and the long ageing in the bottle, Brunello Biondi Santi is a wine of great longevity, even over a hundred years. The grapes (Sangiovese grosso) for normal Brunello, that we call “Annata”, grow in the over 10 year old vineyards of “Greppo”.
