Exceptional vintage to Greppo. Spring cold and rainy. June, July and August is not very hot, dry, well interspersed with little rain. September cool and dry. Harvest starts in mid-September with a course dry and cold. Healthy grapes, ripe, with thick skins and rich in color, vinified in "white". The juice is rich in sugar, extracts and acidity. It will be classified Brunello type "Vintage" and "reserve". They are vinified only grapes from the vineyards of our property. |
