	Perlage Refined effervescence and a soft mousse.
	顏色 Light golden color.
	香氣/花束 Bouquest of apple, almond, nutmeg, nashi pear, dried lemon peel, cigar leaf, light notes of apricot and iron ore.
	味道 The mouthfeel is light creamy with nice finesse; sentations of apple, gooseberry, nashi pear. The finish is long with soft lemmon acidity and nice minerality.

Pairing

Excellent Champagne to pair with fish appetizers, fresh cheeses and first courses with shellfish.
