Capichera Assaje 2021

It is the first red wine produced by Capichera. It is a major red flag company, which combines complexity and drinkability. Originally obtained entirely from Carignano grapes, today it is a successful blend of Carignan and Syrah.

顏色

Deep red with purple reflections.

香氣/花束

It reveals a wonderful fusion of ethereal and vinous notes, in which black fruits, cherries in spirit, blackberry, myrtle, spices, eucalyptus, cocoa and salty notes are perceptible at times.

味道

Full, warm, savoury, with rich and concentrated ripe fruit and fine tannic texture; the finish is long and persistent; great character.

一個家族的歷史，酒的歷史。 Capichera的故事開始於20世紀初，當今天的主人的祖父繼承了超過50公頃的農場，在現在阿爾扎凱納的直轄市，在撒丁島的最北端：早已聞名的適合葡萄種植的區域。在那些日子裡的葡萄園生產足夠的酒為家人，誰住在阿爾扎凱納的小鎮，但很喜歡花，在春天的農場Capichera。在七十年代，如今的業主的父親種植維蒙蒂諾，典型的本地葡萄品種的新葡萄園，並建成了現代化的釀酒廠為生產高品質的葡萄酒。 1980年第一酒的Capichera標籤出售的一個維蒙蒂諾那些已經在市場...
