Castellare di Castellina Chianti Classico 2020

This the authentic Chianti Classico. Only native vines, without Cabernet and Merlot, maintain the typical formula of the most famous Italian wines without blending different grapes to keep the integrity and terroir. A deep, dark ruby red typical of Sangiovese grapes.

Fragrant and fresh with pleasant hints of red fruit, liquorice, black currant and a hint of vanilla.

Pleasant sweetness on the palate. It is round, soft and fruity. Acidity and persistence characterise a very elegant aftertaste.

It pairs well with structured and important dishes. It also pairs with soups and medium-aged cheeses.
