Location Montalcino
收成 The selection and harvest are carried out entirely by hand, and the grapes are immediately transported to our cellar where they start the process of fermentation.
釀造 The alcoholic fermentation, which takes place for at least 15 days after harvest time, is followed by the maceration of the skins.
陳年 Aged for at least two years in large Slavonia oak barrels and, after bottling, is aged further for at least six months before being released.
