There are currently 19 generations that have succeeded each other in managing the Monfalletto estate in the town of La Morra, in the centre of the Barolo wine production area, since 1340.

顏色

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

Notes of fine spices (eucalyptus, liquorice and menthol), ripe fruit (cherries, blackberry and plum), and a hint of violets and herbs.

味道

Powerful, slightly acidic, fresh, and persistent.

Superb with dishes enriched with White Truffle of Alba: cardoon pie with fondue and duck ravioli.
