The Côte-de-Nuits-Villages appellation covers the communes at the ends of the Côte de Nuits, with vineyards carefully selected and chosen by Dominique Laurent among the most suitable and the oldest. Dominique also closely follows the vinification process and then deals with refining and bottling.

The nose offers scents of red berry and purple flowers, with a slight appeal of aromatic herbs and a good mineral touch.

味道

In the mouth, the wine relaxes with great balance: little body structure, develops warm and soft and with good acid and mineral texture. Persistent and harmonious finish on fruity and floral notes.

Pairing

This Pinot Noir is ideal for chicken and rabbit dishes, but also prime ground or half-fat fish dishes accompanied by sauces.
