Frescobaldi Ammiraglia Maremma Toscana 2013

Product for the first time in the year 2006 by clay-limestone soil, characterized by a remarkable skeleton, consisting of stones of varying sizes. It represents the soul more distinctly Mediterranean seals Frescobaldi. Made from Syrah grapes, is characterized by its remarkable consistency and the impact on the nose of ripe fruit and spices.

顏色

Intense ruby red color that turns to crimson red nail, the clarity is crystal clear.

香氣/花束

On the nose the fruity component with bullying involves the olfactory receptors: first with intense aromas of forest fruits such as blackberry, currant and raspberry, then joined by those of ripe summer fruit like plum and black cherry. Following are the clear mention sharp spicy notes of black pepper, anise, clove and licorice. The finish is characterized by pleasant memories of dark chocolate and tobacco.

味道

In the mouth it is soft, but with a solid tannic vein, very intense. Fresh and balanced and has a very long persistence in which a final full compliance fully meet the taste and smell senses.

Pairing

It goes well with grilled red meats and stews, game and cheeses of medium and long aging.
