The wealth and the fruit of the Cote des Bars. Assembling historic terroirs of Pinot Black. This is mostly Curvée after a parcel planted in 1960 on the place called "Santa Maria".

This Blanc de Noirs features showy aromatics of Golden delicious apples, ripe Bartlett pears and buttered bread.

味道

The palate offers an abundance of green apples, pears and nectarines with Pinot Noir revealing itself more in the Champagne's weight and texture than in the flavor profile.
