香氣/花束

The nose immediately reveals an earthy bouquet accompanied by scents of biscuits, lime blossom and kiwi. When shaken in the glass, the wine reveals notes of chlorophyll, blackcurrant and pistachio. An olfactory sensation of fresh and ripe.

味道

The opening is soft and fresh with a creamy effervescence. The wine develops on the palate in a density of candied fruit, star anise and acacia honey. The minerality gives the wine a soft feel. The fine acidity extends the pleasure towards a delicate and soft finish.

Pairing

An ideal wine to pair with a langoustine platter, salmon marinated in lemon and vinegar, seafood, Meaux brie and creamy mint soup.
