Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected among the various vineyards belonging to the Hostomme family, and fall into the Grand Cru Chouilly classification. This is the starting point for producing the Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru "Origin", labeled for "M. Hostomme ".

It has a beautiful straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, fruity notes are embellished with secondary aromas, which resemble yeast, vanilla and bread crust.
