Location Castelnuovo dell'Abate - Montalcino (SI).
收成 The grapes are harvested by hand-picking selecting them for quality and exposition.
發酵溫度 24-26 °C
發酵期 10-12 days.
釀造 Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at controlled temperature (24-26 °C) with daily pumping over and délestage.
陳年 Following the racking, wine is transferred into stainless steel tanks where it remains for about 10 months followed by some months in bottle.
